General terms and conditions for citylocker.store (Hotel & Gastro Perger GmbH)

  1. These general terms and conditions regulate the allocation of lockers between a customer and citylocker.store (Hotel & Gastro Perger GmbH). Customers accept and agree to comply with these terms and conditions when booking.
  2. citylocker.store (Hotel & Gastro Perger GmbH) offers its customers the option of renting lockers for periods of time.
  3. citylocker.store offers its clients the possibility of hiring any of its lockers for periods comprising calendar days, where a calendar day ends with closing at midnight 00.00.
  4. Lockers are available to the user 24 hours a day, every weekday. The user can enter the premises at night with a credit or debit card.
  5. During the valid booking period, a locker can be opened and closed as often as the customer needs. A booking does not expire at the first reopening.
  6. The customer is informed that video camera surveillance is taking place on the premises of citylocker.store (Hotel & Gastro Perger GmbH). The purpose of these cameras is to ensure control over the condition of the lockers as well as their use by users or third parties accessing the premises where the lockers are located.
  7. citylocker.store (Hotel & Gastro Perger GmbH) offers a locker rental service that is not responsible for storing luggage. The customer is solely responsible for the goods contained in the rented locker.
  8. If a booking period expires and the customer's items have not been removed from the locker, citylocker.store (Hotel & Gastro Perger GmbH) is entitled to access the lockers in order to remove the stored luggage, to release the lockers and to use them by other customers. citylocker.store (Hotel & Gastro Perger GmbH) will temporarily store the luggage and try to contact the customer who has not met the deadline for the booking period in order to manage the return of the luggage to the customer (100% of the cost of which is from Customer). Returns can only be made to the person who personally booked the locker and the customer is expected to collect their items according to the instructions from citylocker.store (Hotel & Gastro Perger GmbH). In addition, citylocker.store (Hotel & Gastro Perger GmbH) reserves the right to charge an administration fee of up to € 250,00. After ten days without being able to contact the customer or without the customer contacting citylocker.store (Hotel & Gastro Perger GmbH) and picking up the luggage, it is assumed that the goods have been checked in by the customer for all purposes. Under these circumstances, citylocker.store (Hotel & Gastro Perger GmbH) will dispose of them in the manner it deems appropriate or expedient, depending on the type of abandoned property.
  9. The customer is fully responsible for any damage or deterioration that may occur to the lockers through misuse or improper use. Under these circumstances, the customer must compensate citylocker.store (Hotel & Gastro Perger GmbH) for the physical damage to the lockers and for lost profit.
  10. In the event of theft, citylocker.store (Hotel & Gastro Perger GmbH) offers its customers insurance for the contents of their locker up to € 1000 per locker. To be eligible for this coverage, the customer must meet the requirements of the insurance policy and work directly with the named insurance company. The user has to file a complaint with the Austrian police to report the theft. Citylocker.store (Hotel & Gastro Perger GmbH) does not cover damage that goes beyond the insurance cover.
Customers / Must Know
  1. Booked Lockers are NON REFUNDABLE bookings.
  2. Use the lockers only for depositing their belongings which they must temporarily keep in a safe place
  3. Use the lockers carefully and ensure that the locker has been properly closed when the customer leaves the location (after being put in place or removing baggage)
  4. Do not use the lockers for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. In particular, the customer is not allowed to keep any items the mere possession or trade of which is illegal (such as stolen items, drugs, pornographic material or those that in any way denigrate to people, etc.).
  5. Do not deposit any property for whose possession a license without this License or permit is required (such as weapons).
  6. Do not put materials into the lockers that are polluting or dangerous (such as flammable objects or hazardous substances).
  7. Do not use the lockers around animals or living things
  8. Do not store any food in the lockers, except packaged food that cannot spill, contaminate, or produce odors of any kind in the premises.
  9. Do not disclose your security code to anyone and you are fully responsible for any breach of this obligation and their consequences.
  10. Do not use the lockers to deposit goods, f.e. to be picked up by third parties.
  11. The lockers are not to be used as a means of trade in goods between parties.
  12. Remove luggage placed in the rented locker before midnight(11.59pm) on the day the rental ends.
  13. Leave the lockers on End of service in the state in which they were found and notify citylocker.store (Hotel & Gastro Perger GmbH) by email to office@citylocker.store of any incidents that the user can discover while using the lockers or in relation to their condition.
  14. Do not take photos or videos inside the premises and in particular and without limitation, in order not to take photos or record the security measures in the premises.
  15. Not money, jewelry, technological items (tablets, computers, televisions, etc. .) or goods of special value in the lockers. It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer to use the rented lockers to store goods of any kind of particular value
